If you are unable to receive OTP on your registered mobile number or email ID, please follow the instructions below:

Unable to login - Roll no ______ Name ______ Examination ______
Include the following details in your email:
- Full name
- SSC registration number
- SSC roll number
- Date of birth
- Email ID registered with SSC
- Mobile number registered with SSC
- New mobile number / Email ID to be updated
- Father's name and mother's name
- Communication address (as provided to SSC)
- Matriculation details: roll no., year of passing, and board (as provided to SSC)
- A self-attested copy of your Aadhaar card (attach with the email)
